Quezon City, Philippines. A series of events highlighting the art of Bonsai, Ikebana, and Suiseki entitled "Sanib Pwersa" took place in a notable mall in Metro Manila from March 22-25, 2019. The event organised by the joint efforts of Philippine Bonsai Society (PBSI), Natural Stone Society of the Philippines (NSSP), and Ikenobo: Ikebana Society of Manila No.67 took place in SM North EDSA, one of the largest malls in the country. Local and international guest speakers were acknowledged and had the opportunity to present their much-appreciated knowledge to eager the audience. Gedang were also present. ) 25 stone enthusiasts, and 57 stone entries were presented for the display competition. The days were lively to the guests, practitioners of the arts, and even the shoppers who were casually looking at the pieces on display.
